E-commerce systems
Product, order and payment flows; integrations that connect your store to other systems, and admin panels that make the work easier.
What I build
For e-commerce businesses I build product, order and payment flows, integrations that connect the store to other systems and tools that automate after-sales support, using Python and Django. For a water purifier company I automated return and installation questions about marketplace orders with a WhatsApp bot.
- Product and order flows
- Catalogue, stock, order status and notifications; every step the customer and the team see.
- Integrations
- Connections that bring payments, shipping, email and marketplace orders into one place.
- Admin panels and support
- Panels that track orders and requests; bots that answer after-sales questions.
How I work
- DiscoveryWhat is done by hand today, how long it takes, what needs to connect; we pin it down together.
- PrototypeA small, working first version with real data, so feedback comes early.
- DeploymentSetup on a dedicated server with HTTPS, logging and error alerts.
- SupportDocumentation and handover; ongoing maintenance if you need it.
After-sales is e-commerce too
“Where is my parcel”, “an item is missing”, “how do I install it”: these questions take up much of a team’s time after an order. Turning them into a flow that collects the right information helps both the customer and the team.

Where does it run?
On a dedicated server set up for each client. I handle the setup, HTTPS, logging and automatic restarts; access and backups stay yours.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the job. We pin down the scope in a short discovery call, then I give you a step-by-step timeline. For example, the WhatsApp support bot went live in one week.
How is it priced?
Each project gets its own quote. Once we have talked through the scope, the integrations and any maintenance needs, I give you a clear price.
